Termite activity on a property in Liverpool NSW

During an inspection of a property in Liverpool NSW, our technician has identified extensive termite activity around the perimeter of the property. A further investigation was conducted with our technician locating fence palings that have been eaten right through. Whilst the fence was not connected to the home there was a tree situated along the fence line, the branches of the tree were resting on top of the home. This increases the risk to the home as the termites may use the tree to bridge across to the roof of the home, this way they would have easy access to the roof void and would go undetected until it was too late. We recommended our four-step termite control plan to eliminate the termite colony and the threat to the home.

If you feel your home may be at risk of a termite attack or you haven’t had an inspection on your property for over a year then we highly recommend you get in contact with us to book an inspection of your property.

Termites can cause extensive damage to your home that could cost you thousands of dollars of damage, with some attacks hitting the tens of thousands.
