During an inspection of this property in Sydney’s Western Suburbs our technician located signs of termite activity on the outside of the building. He started to conduct a more invasive inspection which required the removal of a skirting board to any area that showed signs of activity, this showed that there was severe damage to timber structures that could be trailed back to the base of the building. Our technician notified the homeowner, identified the areas that needed treatment and then implemented Our Four Step Termite Control Plan to bring the termite activity under control.
