Termites can gain entry to your property even if you have a termite barrier present on the property. During an inspection of this home, our technician has located active termites that had damaged a fence lining running along the side of the home. The termites were using the fence to bridge up the side of the home, this would allow them to gain access to the property by bypassing the termite barrier.
