Active termites bridging the termite barrier

Our technician arrived at a home in Wyong NSW to conduct our first ever inspection of this property. During the inspection our technician has located signs of termite activity, working his way along the outside perimeter he has uncovered a termite trail that is running up the brickwork of the home. This type of bridging can bypass a termite barrier that was installed to the home to prevent that attack of termites. A termite inspection annually is highly recommended for these types of reasons especially, the last thing we want is our valued customers being eaten out of home literally by something that is generally preventable with an inspection. In this situation, we finished our inspection and then implemented Our Four Step Termite Control Plan to bring the attack and the colony nearby under control. Our client now realises the importance of an inspection and has already booked us in to come back next year to conduct the yearly timber pest inspection of the property.
