Rodent activity is a concerning issue whether it be at your place of work or your home of residence, it poses a serious threat to anyone in the vicinity as rodents can carry harmful diseases and easily contaminate food for human consumption. During a routine inspection of this property our technician has entered the garage bathroom which is rarely used to find evidence of frequent rodent activity, he notified the homeowner of the signs and explained to them that he would implement Our Three Step Pest Control Plan. This includes setting up rodent bait traps in the area these will be checked and taken away when we return to conduct the follow-up and report.
